Visualization of single-cell RNA-Seq profiles

To explore neiches of myelopoesis, two recently published large scRNA-Seq studies ( 9k cells -Tikhonova et al. 2019 and 90k cells - Baryawno et al. 2019), were re-analyzed using the software ICGS2 in AltAnalyze and compared (see description in Zhang et al. 2021 Nature and Extended Data Figure 10).
